1. Make your purchase.
Please note: 1 Order for 1 Pet
2. Message us on Etsy with:
• Your attached pet photo.
• Your pet’s name (if required on the artwork).
Either send us your favorite photo or multiple photos for us to pick the most suitable for your artwork. See our ‘Good Photo Guide’ in the image reel to get the best end results.
3. You will receive a preview within 2-3 days of sending us your photo. Please check and reply with ‘APPROVED’ or detail any changes. The sooner you reply the sooner you will receive your purchase!
4. Digital files will be sent via Etsy messages shortly after your preview is approved.

• Digital artwork purchases (no physical item) will be emailed as a high-quality jpg file. Print at home or at your local print shop.
