• ORDER PROCESS:
1. Choose the number of persons/pets, size, and digital, paper or canvas then place your order.
2. Send the photo/photos you want to use for your portrait via Etsy messaging, attach your photos on Etsy messages by clicking on camera 📷 or image icon.
For better results please send photos at the original full size, the higher the resolution, and clear features of the face.
Please no cropped or screenshot photos. At least parts of the upper bodies must be contained in the picture.

AFTER ORDERING:
I'll send you proof within 3-4 days for you to review- approve the artwork or request free adjustments until your satisfaction.
then I will forward it for printing

• DELIVERY DETAILS:
1. If you select the "DIGITAL FILE" no physical print or frame
You'll receive a JPEG Picture (300 dpi) at your e-mail address and an Etsy message as a JPEG file.
Print at home or your local print shop or online website.
2. If you select the "Matte Poster" this is only a paper poster without framing
No framing will be done.
3. If you select "CANVAS", it will come printed on Canvas.

If you want to add people more than 10 please message me for a custom listing.

If you want to change the style it will cost US$7 extra.

In case of more changes or late replies the shipping date will be extended.
